Terms of Service

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ForgedWell LLC, a Georgia company (“we”, “us”), which operates Monoreme. By creating an account or using Monoreme, you agree to them. If you use Monoreme for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. The service

Monoreme lets you build, edit, publish and host websites, and provides related tools such as contact forms, newsletters, visit statistics and AI-assisted writing. We may improve, change or retire features over time; we’ll give reasonable notice before removing anything you pay for.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel or pause anytime in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund partial months. If a payment fails, we may pause or downgrade the site after notifying you. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply.

4. Partners

Partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of ForgedWell LLC. Partners set their own prices, are responsible for their relationships and agreements with their clients, and receive client payments through their own Stripe account. Partners must follow these terms and make sure their clients’ sites do too. Partners must not make promises about Monoreme’s service that these terms do not support.

5. Your content

You own the content you put on Monoreme. You give us permission to host, copy, display and process it only as needed to run the service and show your website. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or publish, including photos, logos and text. Photos from our built-in library may be used on your Monoreme sites.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Monoreme to publish anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, including: content that infringes others’ rights; fraud, phishing or impersonation; malware; spam or unsolicited bulk email; harassment or hate; or adult sexual content. You may not attempt to break, overload or get around the security of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Domains and email

If you connect your own domain, you remain responsible for registering and renewing it with your domain provider. Newsletters must only be sent to people who signed up to receive them.

8. Availability and backups

We work to keep Monoreme available and back up your content, but we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important material.

9. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or go unpaid, with notice where reasonable. After an account closes, we delete its sites as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Monoreme is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Monoreme after that means you accept the updated terms.
